How To Use The Choices Coach Channel

The Choices Coach Channel features training videos in faith, fitness, and food preparation. These videos will help strengthen you in mind, body, and spirit on your personal fitness journey. In addition to offering workout videos and playlists, I post Faith Training videos every Tuesday and Thursday to help you grow on your spiritual journey with God. Commit your plans to the Lord, and He will help you (Proverbs 16:3). It's just in the beginning stages, but I am also creating food prep videos to help you create delicious low-calorie meals to help you reach your weight loss and/or fitness goals.


Make sure you subscribe to the channel, as I am posting new videos every week. Turn on your notifications and also like my Facebook page to make sure you get updates on new videos.


Once you have an account sign-in on YouTube you can create and save your own workout playlists. In the meantime, you may enjoy the playlists that I have already created within the channel. 


When you have time for a total body workout, loosely follow this guideline in creating your own playlist:


1. Warm-up 

2. Cardio Dance (2-3 videos)

3. Chest & Back

4. Legs or Barre (or both)

5. Arms

6. Abs

7. Glutes

8. Cool Down (You may also do this before Abs & Glutes instead).

9. Final Stretch
