In-home Personal Training Session
This is a 60-minute exercise session that is personalized to your individual fitness level. I have worked with a wide range of clients. Whether you are extremely de-conditioned or fit I can give you a great workout to suit your needs and goals. Depending on your preferences and goals we may incorporate cardio, strength training, pilates, yoga, and nutrition counseling into your session. I recommend hour-long sessions for the maximum caloric expenditure. However, half-hour Xpress and 45-minute sessions are available to fit your schedule or budget needs.
Exercise Program Design
This option is great for the highly motivated individual who just needs guidance on what exercises to do including amount of weight, sets, and reps to reach personal goals. We go over each exercise in an hour long session to make sure you feel comfortable with all the exercises. At the end of the session you receive a spreadsheet including all the exercises so you can keep track of your workout progress. I highly recommend renewing this on a monthly basis so that you don't get bored or hit plateaus.
During this type of session we go over your personal nutrition and fitness goals. I help you create lasting changes to improve your eating habits and increase your physical activity. If you are currently counting calories or points through another program we can also discuss this in your session. The goal with this type of session is to help you truly adopt better habits as a lifestyle. I recommend meeting with me weekly until you have some success.
If you are interested in personal training, then we meet in a public place first. We can discuss my services further and decide if this is a good time for you to make a lifestyle change. I bring all the necessary paperwork to get started to that first consultation. Depending on your health history you may need a physician's release before we get started. I highly recommend getting your doctor's approval before embarking on any weight loss or exercise program.

I accept payment by cash, Venmo, or personal check made out to Sara Moser. All session purchases are non-refundable. Sessions must be canceled by 9:00 PM the previous day to avoid being charged the session.
