How To Use My YouTube Channel
I'm excited to announce that my YouTube Channel has hit over 1.5K subscribers. As a result, I am trying to put out more video content, more frequently. I am creating short workout videos that allow you to choose your own adventure and create your own playlist. Ideally you should choose a warm-up, cardio dance (as many as you like), strength training (chest & back, legs or barre, arms, abs, glutes), cool down, and final deep stretch. That's the set up. Include strength training at least 2-3 times/week. You can do cardio and stretching 6 days/week. So your strength training playlist might look like this:
Make sure you subscribe to the channel, as I am posting new videos every week. Once you have an account sign-in on YouTube you can create and save your own playlists. If you make a playlist, then please share it in the comments. I would love to check it out! In the meantime, you may enjoy the playlists that I have already created within the channel.
When you have time for a total body workout, loosely follow this guideline:
1. Warm-up
2. Cardio Dance (2-3 videos)
3. Chest & Back
4. Legs or Barre (or both)
5. Arms
6. Abs
7. Glutes
8. Cool Down (You may also do this before Abs & Glutes instead).
9. Final Stretch
I will continue uploading more content each week so that there are more options to choose from. Subscribe, like, share, and enjoy!
