Dealing With Negative Emotions (Part 2)
God laid a lot more on my heart about dealing with negative emotions, so here is part 2 on the subject. He reminded me that our thoughts precede our emotions. There is a cause and effect relationship between the two. Therefore, we have to examine our thoughts when we have negative feelings. When we align our thoughts with God’s Truth, our emotions won’t have such power over us.
